Not necessarily new to smoking as I have done a bit a few years ago, but new to the forum. The better half and I moved to Virginia last October to be closer to our Grandsons. (The second of which was born about 6 hours after I pulled into town with the moving truck.) Moving from a second floor condo in Florida with no possibility of an outdoor smoker (we experimented with smoking in the oven a couple of times) to a house in Virginia where I was able to purchase an Oklahoma Joe's Bandera Offset a few weeks ago has been great. Already smoked some steaks, wings and a full turkey and have some pork belly that will become bacon soon. Looking forward to exploring the forum and learning new things!
