New guy from southern indiana

Hey guys I have been reading for a few months, first time posting. I am kind of starting out I have used my girlfriends fathers Masterbuilt smoker but the heater element went out a few weeks ago, so now i am back to a char griller with indirect heat method. I am hoping to get a smoker box for it, I also have the smokinator 1000 but no Weber till payday. I live in south central indiana hope to learn a bit from this place.
