New guy from PA

I've been a fan of SMF for awhile now, so I decided to join in the fun.
I'd like to thank everyone for their posts that have helped me tremendously so far.
From PA. Smoking on a WSM 22.5 ( I've even smoked ribs on a gas grill although I know it's cheating )

I'm not mad at you for that. It doesn't matter how the magician does the trick as long as you happy with the results. So smoke on my wattburner friend !!!!
