New guy from oak hill wv

Kind of new to this. I love eastern carolina bbq and cant get here unless i make it myself. Started doing my version of a canadian bacon of sorts. I tjink its good the grandchildren love it. Have smoked some turkeys, homemade baloney and cheese.
