New guy from Northern New York.

Hi all, New guy here from the Thousand Islands Region in NYS.  I am new to smoking besides making some Venision sausage and jerky with my old man's smoker. 

I just built a reverse flow smoker and I figured I would join the forum to learn and share some of the learning experiences I had with building this smoker...(weekend project that turned into four weeks of work...LOL). 

Hopefully You all can help me learn the ropes!
