Hey all, I am new to the the whole smoking and bbq world. I have eaten tons good smoked meats now want to learn to cook great food using differnt methods. looking to forward to reading all the great post here.

I currently have a cajin injector electronic smoker. It has worked great so far.

I started out with a Cajun injector before I moved to a mes40. My Dad is now using the cajun. Good little smoker.

I have a buddy with one of them smokers, he really likes it. He is lookin to get an AMNPS to supplement his smoke just a little though. Which is not unusual for folks to do with the electric smokers. If yours produces enough smoke taste for you, great.... If not, you can always add the AMNPS to supplement !

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Where in Great Falls do you recommend a person go to look for a new smoker? I am from Calgary & we come down about  times a year?
