Thanks for letting me join in, I am getting interested in smoking ribs and will be reading lots here in the electric smokers section. For the last 3 years I have been trying to use my Napoleon Prestiage gas BBQ with Cast Iron Charcoal / Smoker tray. with not good results :(. So now I want to learn how to smoke and get good results.
