Hey, does this look familiar? This was a shelterhouse we saw in a park, on a trip to Orlando in 2003. It had a huge grill/smoker at one end. I regret not getting more pics of it.

Nope never seen that park before but they do have stuff like that at a few.

My wife and I like to cook and enjoy pork shoulder and country & baby back ribs. I am in love with burnt ends but have never made them. If I go out to a bbq place I order burnt ends and she orders pulled pork..
