Hello all. I found this site while researching pellet grills. I've burnt through 4 propane grills over the past couple of decades. For the past 16 years I've been trying for the wood smoke euphoria after being introduced to Beer Can Chicken in 2001. I've modded my grills with fans, extra smoke boxes etc. I've built pizza ovens for the last grill and lined it with tile. I made some nice wood fired bagels in that attachment. I've had lots of fun cooking for family and friends. I was in the market for a new grill, (done with repair expenses), and saw a Pit Boss pellet grill at Walmart. I thought they were all just smokers when I saw one at Home Depot last year. I looked into it and like what I saw. I went back to Home Depot and they didn't have any on display. The only one was a display model stored in a sea can out back. I picked it up for a very deep discount and have launched into a new hobby. I'm still learning the ropes, but having fun and haven't had any dinner disasters. Looking forward to sharing on this forum.

Thanks. Am planning on a fantastic summer. I've got the grill covered in back ribs at the moment.

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
