Hello everyone!  Just got my new large Green Egg.  Should have plenty of time to learn all that I can since I am recently retired also. This is the most informative site that I've seen yet.  Looking forward to staying in touch.  Ready to get started in South Carolina before my Tigers hit the field on game day!
