Hello all been lurking on this forum for awhile couldn't resist joining only been smoking for about a year now but cant wait to try all the awesome things I have found on this site. I am currently gathering all the materials to make a UDS and got lots of awesome info so far thanks for all who have contributed. Currenty I own a Char griller Acorn and a Weber Performer and of course my smokey joe
