New from Philadelphia

Hello everyone. Completely new to smoking but I picked up an offset smoker last year and was going to use it for the first time this weekend for some baby back ribs. I'm from the western suburbs of Philadelphia and hope to bring some good BBQ to the area!

Hi Gregg welcome from a former Philadelphian. Where are you at? I was born and raised in South Philly and moved out to Delco before coming down south to Richmond VA.
