Hey everybody happy to be a part of this awesome group! I live in NW Pennsylvania, right on the shores of Lake Erie. I have been smoking for a number of years now but really hope to get into it now more than in the past. Just purchased an Oklahoma Joe Highland, got all my mods that i ordered and am looking forward to putting everything together this weekend. I've always liked using an offset smoker especially when the weather is nice. I do have a Masterbuilt Digital Electric I use in the cold winter months. Looking forward to soaking up a wealth of knowledge from others who share the same love of smoking awesome food like me!! I'll share what I can as well.... Thanks again
