New from Ohio

Hello everyone from Ohio, I came across this site by googling smoked jerky. I recently got a smoker for Christmas and have been digging through the freezer looking for meat to smoke. Looking forward to a lot of great recipes and tips from those that have experience.
I made a great one this past weekend. Look for it in the main forum.
Forgot to mention my smoker is a Smokey Hollow LPG.
