Just ditched Facebook and found this place while looking for a forum to discuss outdoor grilling/smoking.

Got my pitboss toward the end of summer, first pellet grill, always had a stick burner in the past. Wanted a Pitts, budget told me to get the pitboss 1100 from Lowe’s.

Been doing lots of reading since joining, and can tell this will be much better than the Facebook groups. I’m a forum owner myself, but it’s trucking industry related.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone here!

Here are my grills, still use the Weber frequently as well.

Temp on the bird is 120 currently, just threw in the veggies. Gonna smoke for a few more degrees then crank it up to crisp the skin.

Never cook these in a pan, but we decided we would try throwing in all the veggies about halfway through to see how it all turns out.

veggies probably need a few more minutes, but the turkey is ready to be destroyed.
