My name is Mike,

Live near Silicon Valley (yep, one of those tech geeks).

I have been smoking for about half a year now.  Favorites are ribs and briskets.  

Have a Masterbuilt electric smoker with the cold smoker attachment.

Now interested in cold smoking since the wife and I make cheese with the milk provided from our goats.
