I am very interested in building a smoker as I have only used a gas grill. Now is the time to start getting into real cooking.

I have been lurking on here and think I am going to go with the reverse flow smoker. The Cajunator smoker caught my eye and attention for some reason. I am looking for plans or info onto how his was built. Would like to get straight to the build with measurements and not have to worry about calculations. Only thing I want to start learning is to smoke meats, etc.

I have access to the welding shop here at work and can get the metals as needed. I tried to look for tanks with no luck and really don't want to wait any longer to build.

So question is where can I get the Cajunator plans from Zeeker?

Any help would be great,

Thanks,

Ron
