Been smoking for a few years with an MES and just decided to upgrade to a Pit Boss Pro Series 1100.

Been getting some great info from the site in helping decide on a purchase, cooking tips, etc.

Looking forward to getting my first pork butt on tonight!
 
Welcome aboard. Enjoy the butt smoke. Don't let the stall drive you nuts.

I figure 2 hours per pound at 225* to 250* smoker temp, without wrapping.
