New from Louisiana

Greetings from south Lousiana - right in the heart of cajun country!  I'm smoking on a big green egg and I use a Weber platinum for grilling.  I love to grill and I love to smoke!  Been doing it for years, but still consider myself a novice.  There are some great ideas and recipes on this site.
