New from Long Island

Hey all, new smoker from ny. Have a brinkman stand up jobbie(for now), have done a rack or 2 and just failed at a brisket. Look forward to learning a few things from all of you.

Welcome to the fourm. Do fret about the brisket. Read up on it , and the next will get better. My first one tasted great and had the toughest chew anyone would believe. Now they are better , thanks to this forum.
