Hey everyone, I stumbled upon this site recently and have been glued to it ever since. There is soo much information shared and the community seems helpful and supportive.

As the title states I'm from Bucks County PA, and have been smoking for a little over a year but not very frequently until this summer. I was given a Brinkman Gourmet smoker, it's a good little smoker and have enjoyed what it's made so far. Although I am looking into building an offset smoker so I can use wood as my heat source.

But I still have a lot of learning before I feel I can take on that task. I can't wait to learn more and grow my smoking abilities.

Last weekend I made this:

Chorizo, Brie, Rosemary, Garlic Stuffed Chicken Breast Smoked using Mesquite for about 3hrs.
