Hi all

I am new to this forum from Pawnee Illinois and Just switch over to a electric smoker. I bought a smokey hollow and have used it twice once for ribs turned out great and once for a brisket and over cooked it and no smoke flavor. So i have some learning to do.I did find a post for some Mods. on the venting which I will get done right away. looking forward to posting news and ideas...
