Well she's home. Picked up last night and started seasoning it today after work. Got it hot to burn off any manufacturer oils and chemicals. Wiped the inside down with Canola Oil now getting it hot to hopefully polymerize the oil. Not sure if im going to jump into food or do a couple fire management trials.

Oh and I cooked chicken thighs on the weber. No pictures of the lowly charcoal grill tonight. The stick burner is the 🌟

very nice , congrats on the new member to the herd. That will be fun to smoke on.

Not sure how heavy it is , but back wheel is close to the edge in the picture, hate to see a nice brisket go for a tumble
