So I decided I need a new smoker since I hadn't bought one in a while. Decided on ceramic cooker but couldnt decide between the XL or Big Joe. Really wanted to get the Big Joe but after looking at them I settled on the XL Egg because of how tight it fits in the nest. It is constantly going to be in transit in the competition trailer so I wanted it as secure as possible and I dont think the kamado joe's are secure enough. Called up my local dealer where I get most of my equipment from and told him what I needed. He gave me the Friends and Family price and I pick it up on Monday.
