So, the wife told me it was okay to go ahead and order a new smoker. I've decided to go with the A1 Competition Smoker from Custom Pits & Fab in Watkinsville, GA. It's a 60" x 30" offset reverse flow. I added the split doors and the firebox upgrade. After serious consideration, reading reviews, and chatting with current owners, I made the call. It fit my budget and the build time is very decent (2-3 weeks). Big upgrade from the old fuel oil tank conversion cooker and the Weber 22" kettle that I'm used to cooking in. SUPER excited and can not wait to get it home and fire it up!!!
