New comer

Hello everybody my name is Brandon and I'm from Magna,Utah 15 min outside Salt Lake City. I'm using a medium sizeTraeger smoker and I'm very new to the pellet smoker. I've used on ribs,a brisket, and today pork shoulder for Independence Day
