Thanks for the add...Retired... Been smoking Chicken Ribs Butts Turkeys veggies for yrs. I love it... been using from open camp fires, webber indirect cooking and now on charbroil charcoal side box. I want a real reverse flow stick burner and camp chef pro deluxe pellet grill. I have used rotisseries both small private and large 115 Butts a time with our F&AM Lodge. In the South near Savannah, Ga.
