My new CCSV24 arrived today, a full three days earlier than originally estimated.
My 10yr'ol son helped me assemble, test the gas lines and start it seasoning.
Seasoning it today.
Sprayed the inside and racks with vegetable oil and got it up to 350'+.
Then I'll steam it with a water pan and squirt bottle, followed by several hours of Oak smoke.
Sure am looking forward to a first cook on it.
