Hello there.... I'm Maddbarber from Clayton, NC.  I am the newest owner of a Sportman's Elite 30 inch single door propane smoker.  I'm the true grill master on charcoal and propane grills.  I'm known all over town for the best ribs and chicken. The beginning of my journey of the Smoke master starts tomorrow with me seasoning  Sophia..... Then giving her a test run on Sunday with chicken wings and ribs while I root on the Kansas City Chiefs (Go Chiefs).  Pray my wife let me spend $$$$ on buying Sophia accessories.
