I just found an old refrigerator that I want to convert into an electric smoker. My plan is to use a oven-type thermostat to control an electric heating element. To "make smoke" I want to use a smoke generator that I saw in another post. My question is where do I find a reasonably priced thermostat and burner. Also, I would like this all to run off 120v. Is this possible?
