I live in Gulf Shores, Al. My wife and i picked up our first smoker today, Master Built 30" electric smoker. Never smoked before, just seasoned it and now have a turkey in it after the seasoned smoke in. Myron Mixon rub recipe i put together from his book, and a little hickory and apple wood in the box.

turkey turned out great, smokey and a little bit of spice, very moist. I was surprised how moist it turned out.
