Just received my new A-MAZE-N Pellet Smoker, so thought I would burn it in. Also I am trying to time how long 1 row of pellets will burn for.
First Smoke will be Bacon, purchased 2 Pork Loins from a supplier of mine, for £2.70 per Kilo.
Looking at dividing loins into two, to give me four halfs, looking at doing a dry cure, brine one, then Two flavours of Canadian Bacon!!
Anybody got any thoughts on mixes or rubs for the above?
And Yes, that's Sunshine in the UK!!!!
