Got my door seals on this weekend, I ended up notching the inside with the plasma so my less than perfect welds weren't on the outside.
I didn't get a picture of the finished product but will take some more soon.

Hinges have been tacked on after I corrected some minor gaps on a couple door corners... now on to the firebox.

Air intakes complete (minus handles and minor grinding) and door almost done, I used 1/2" X 1" flat bar on the door to make it more rigid.
Ignore where the door says "Bottom", it was late and beers were involved.

You said "less than perfect welds" earlier in the post.The close up pic of the weld on the firebox looks like a machine did it!
Firebox is welded up and ready for the cuts to it this week.
