The cheap Oklahoma Joe unit that I modified the crud out of just wasn't worth it after cooking on this. Maintaining the heat was an absolute joy on this guy. The thin metal just doesn't cut it. Looking forward to getting an extra rack added to this Old Country Pit. This picture is a 15 pound brisket after 9 hours. Went another 4 hours crunched.
