What is going on? I am looking for ideas on what to do with leftover pulled pork. I do not sauce my port as whole, so it is pulled frozen and not sauced. Pictured is pork stuffed potatoes.

This post needs a picture!I always make “white boy” pasole with my left over PP. I keep it real easy, 1 can enchilada sauce, 1 big box thing of chicken stock, 1 can hominy, 1-2 cans diced tomatoes with jalapeños, 1’can rotel, diced onion, garlic and other spices, fresh lime juice, add whatever else you think sounds good and your PP, simmer for a few hours. Plate up with fresh cilantro, diced onion, limes, sliced avocado and radish. mmmm so good I still have some frozen in the freezer I will pull out after this reminder!!
