...and for dry cured sausages, I do recommend mixing your own seasoning mixes...

PS Seasonings makes their mixes in bulk hundreds of pounds. To guess how much of anything is in one of the bags for 25 pounds...who knows.

If you want cold smoked and know what is in the mix i would suggest making your own. Google Len Poli. His recipes are user friendly. Even if you mix your own the cure amounts either 1 or 2 will be the same for 5 pound batches on up.
