I have a pork shoulder that has been marinating for 24 hours for an event today. I went out to start my MES 40 and it will not heat up.
I suppose I need to put it in the oven but have never cooked one in the oven. I'm assuming I just use the same direction as I would with the smoker but I'm not sure. Any help is greatly appreciated.
