Need Clarification of time

I'm smoking 2 pork butts tomorrow and have 17 lbs of Pork Butt total. I plan on separating the two when smoking them taking one to work on Tuesday. If I smoke them both together , how long should I plan on smoking them?

I always plan on 2hrs/lb at 225*. Use the weight of your heaviest piece to gauge your time. Remember to cook to IT. Time is just an estimation.

And there is no guarantee that they will be done at the same time. Best to put a therm in both of them.
