Good morning folks, I'm planning to smoke a prime rib for the family this weekend for Quebec's national holiday. They're on sale this week for 4.99#. which is great around here. Anybody has a ballpark figure as to how much time per pound it should take. I'll smoke @ 225, and pull around 135. Not sure how big it will be, I'm just looking for a rough estimate so I can have it ready on time for dinner.

Have a great day.

They cook pretty quick. Figure about 45 minutes to 1 hour per pound.
