what does the temp need to be and how long does it need to smoke. it's a small 2lb roast. what internal temp do i pull it at. THANKS Pete

You need to take a loin to at least 140°, and let it rest..it will got to 145-ish. This is measured deep in the dead-nuts center. I'm 3.5 hours into a 4 Lb stuffed loin it's at 130 now..I figger another hourhttp://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...36755#poststop
