Need a Little Help from My Friends

Hello Everyone! I'm new to the board (I've been lurking for a while now) but need a little bit of help from you all!  I've got a Brinkmann electric smoker that I bought new about a year and a half ago.  For some reason I have a hankering for a new smoker and have been reading lots about the MES 30" or 40" (the new one with Bluetooth).  I'm struggling to find REAL reasons why I need to upgrade--you know, reasons that I can use to convince my wife--So I need your help.  Why do I need a new smoker?

the best way is to accidentally fix the brinkman so it doesn't work anymore... and then tell her you needed a bigger one (40") anyways so you don't have to cut ribs in half anymore...

Or just go buy it... cuz it's easier to ask for forgiveness then it is for permission ...
