Need a hand

Need some advice on small birds ie.cornish hens , quail,chucker, etc. Son just got a new connect. For birds, so any advice will be appreciated !! Thanks....[emoji]128512[/emoji]

I've only done Cornish game hens once,not enough meat, dry skin and higher temps to get crisper skin.

I rotisserie them in my Minitisserie. I keep it simple and use SPOG for rub. Usually cherry or cherry/pecan. As mentioned above dry the skin and do a higher temp smoke
