Been smoking for a while now. Started with a Masterbuilt 30". Am building my own to have more room for summer sausage and snack sticks as I process my own deer. Also considering a pellet grill. I love the do it yourself style. I am also a home brewer. Looking forward to learning more from the seasoned vets.
