Smoked a mess of chicken wings ~9lbs. Because, wings...
No sauce, no glaze, just spice rub and pecan smoke. Smoked them them at 275 - 300 for about 1 1/2 hr.
Was thinking about saucing them honey mustard or something good and spicy, but so much flavor don’t really need anything else. (But of course a couple of shakes of hot sauce never hurt anything. Current favs: Melinda’s XXXtra Hot and Lingham’s Hot Sauce, from Malaysia)

Man, those are absolutely beautiful!! Talk about utilization, I’d say you did good with your grill space!! Also, looks like you lost a wing, there...lol!
 
Oy! I hadn't noticed the escapee. But he’s been captured and returned to the fold.
