Hi everybody, I've been lurking on here for a year or so and I finally figured out how to register. Great site with a wealth of great information and people. I've been using a Dynaglo offset for a few years and last year I picked up a couple Chargriller smokers for my oldest son and I. I've done some butts, briskets, ribs both pork and the dinosaur looking beef ribs, pastramis, and lately been doing lots of bacon, both belly and back. Last summer I found a local farmer who raises Berkshires and I bought the bellies off of 2 hogs they had butchered. I still have 1 15 lb belly in the freezer to do soon, as the grandkids have almost wiped out my stash this winter. I'm not sure how to post pics, but I hope to figure it out soon.

Welcome glad to have you on board. As you have seen this is a place of great knowledge. Hope you can learn the photo process you are not alone with that problem. Someone will be along to help you with it I'm not good at it either.

Warren

Howdy! There are two main ways to post pics. 1: When you are writing your post, open your photos and just drag and drop onto the post and it will embed the pic. These pics will show up as thumbnails that have to be clicked on to see full size. 2: Use a photo sharing cloud service (I use Photobucket but they have become very annoying recently) Next to your pic on the service you will see a link. Copy the link just like you do any text and paste it into your post where you want. It will show as a text string but when you "preview post" it will show the pic. This is how you get nice full sized pics in your post exactly where you want them.

Welcome to the site, WaterRat has you covered on the pics. Dragging is the easiest method.
