Finished my smoker and got two smokes in over the weekend. Beer can chicken and a Turkey Fatty.

Thanks! Fattie was great. I used lean ground turkey (93/7) and layered cooked macaroni with gruyere and cheddar on top, and wrapped it in turkey bacon. Took about 3.5 hr and used a combination of Apple and Hickory chips. 
 
for you healthy and safety, I hope that not a galvanized or aluminum can. but nice looking fatty! mine never come out that good looking.
 
All the zinc was burnt off before cooking. Thanks for the concern.
