I sure do want to build a smoke house.......

 why??? If you build it,,,, they will come! i keep going back to my UDS......the only reason I built it was because I saw a 55 gal drum sitting there and I wanted to play with my toys.

The drum for the bigger hauls.. the mini for what it is.. a quick good time.... I tell ya ehat... its fun to have a few goimg st the same time likke I did a few weeks ago.... it was exausying... even with 3 set and forget smokers.. but it was still tiring... I was glad I had them all at the time... fun fun....

Im am not the biggest chickn guy.. but you guys make me wanna smoke some chickens. Only done a few... but I bet they were nowhere as good as y'alls. Maybe this weekend when I have those rib tips on I got.. shoudl have room for a bird.. I still need to put 2nd floor grate on uds too... to many projects.. no time to smoke..grrr..
