Case how many post did it take to get your yard bird from egg to the grill

I'm not much of a white meat guy. But I agree. Nothing looks better than a whole chicken. Spactked or standing

Oh remember UDS don't change temp on a a dime..it's kind of like steering the titanic...but you'll figure it out.

Just start slowing it down about 25-50 degrees from your target temp
