Farmer. I put chunks on top for the shorter smokes... and bury a few for the longer. My basket is similar to Keith s.. I think his is a little bigger.
Canr wait to see the q our of the drum....

Are you buying a egg? a small chick? a full grown bird? a fresh bird? a frozen bird?.......spatched is easy. Unless it is a 22# turkey on a UDS.It won't fit.

Yes. or you can just cut down one side and leave the back in if you wish. I normaly leave the back in. then fido gets more.
