just got this thing finished and seasoned last weekend

had a ham in the freezer and went out and bought some Jimmy Dean Maple fatties

nice day for a smoke in Carolina

nice smoker..but for a more technical question--does the silver bullet help with thermometer accuracy, or merely prop it up for a better viewing angle????????????
